Taxation for Real Estate Professionals

Our CEO, Mr. Danhilson Vivo, CPA, REB, REA recently presented in front of the Las Pinas City Real Estate Board Inc. on Feb 26, 2025, about the Taxation of Self-Employed/Professional Individuals under TRAIN LAW, in Partnership and with the help of DV Consulting - Las Pinas Branch owner, Ms. Juvy Garcia. Mr. Vivo brilliantly presented the topic in front of various esteemed real estate brokers, and he was also able to answer their questions after the presentation during the Question and Answer portion of the program.           

Mr. Vivo is one of the most qualified people to speak at such events because he has expertise in both fields being discussed. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a Licensed Real Estate Broker, which is why he can dive deep into subjects in both fields. This was a follow-up event because recently, the DV Consulting Branch Owner, Ms. Juvy Garcia, also presented to Real Estate Professionals from ReMax Philippines on the topic of Tax Compliance for Real Estate Professionals.
